Last night I dreamt of this beautiful woman. I wanted to be with her, to have sex with her, everyone did, she was so beautiful. She seemed to always be pregnant. She was pregnant in my dream and she had other children.
I don’t think I had sex with her, but rather with a different woman and yet I also very much wanted to have sex with a man from high school who I never really knew.
There were rabbits in this household and knew somehow that the beautiful woman could cuddle with all three of them. I guess they were difficult to heard into one room. I knew that when she cuddled with all three of them, she had six breasts and I wanted to see this.
I figured out a way to trick all three rabbits into her room and when she came to the door, she grew a third breast, in the middle, but below her usual two, forming a triangle. It was like miracle, a celebration and I woke feeling happy.
I did not realize that the image I included existed, nor that it is ancient and shared by numerous societies across the globe and time, until I googled “three rabbits" hoping to find an interesting image for my dream. Well! Howdy do!
Tom Greeves has been investigating The Three Hares motif since the 1980s. Together with his colleagues, Sue Andrew and Chris Chapman, they founded the Three Hares Project where they wrote the following.
“The hare is strongly represented in world mythology and from ancient times has had divine associations. Its elusiveness and unusual behaviour, particularly at night, have reinforced its reputation as a magical creature. The hare was believed to have mystical links to the female cycle and to the Moon which governed it. The theory of the Ancients that the hare was hermaphroditic and could procreate without a mate led to the belief that it could give birth to young without loss of virginity.”
I’ve had only a few symbolically significant dreams in my life, this being the latest. Having these dreams is always startling. But I think a tattoo is in order for this one! Especial since I’ve been considering a BDSM triskelion, but find it uninteresting as a tattoo.
